PRE-ORDER POLICY

All orders that include [PRE-ORDER] items will not ship until preorder items arrive and are quality checked. If you would like your other items before your preorder items please submit 2 orders respectively. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
  • All orders are shipped USPS Ground Adventage (3-5 business days) which includes tracking. due to liability concerns, we do not do any other shipping rates that do not include tracking. 
  • All orders EXCLUDING PREORDER ITEMS are processed within 14 days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been packaged/processed to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

CANCELLATIONS/COMBINED ORDERS

I accept cancellations only within the first 24 hours. Any orders placed after 24 hours will be shipped and you can contact me for a refund (buyer pays return shipping).

I cannot combine orders but can add in-stock products to an existing order. 

"PACKAGE DELIVERED" BUT DID NOT ARRIVE/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the tracking number states "Delivered" Bulletproof Society is not liable for your package. Though it is not uncommon for packages to get lost or even arrive a few days after it says "delivered" on your tracking number we reccomend the following procedure. 

1. Message Bulletproof Society of your issue. Although we may not be able to do much at that point, we would still like to make sure you are taken care of so please keep us updated.

2. Wait up to 3-5 days. We have had customers' tracking number say "delivered" but arrive 7 days later. 

3. Contact the carrier (most of the time USPS) to open a claim to try to locate your package, or an insurance claim to cover the insured value of your package. Use this link to file a claim with USPS.

 

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS ISSUES 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address inputted into the system is correct in its entirety including apartment/mailbox/etc number. If we get a returned insufficient address package we will contact the buyer immediately and refund the cost of items EXCLUDING shipping. Buyer will then have the opportunity to rebuy items and resubmit their corrected address if they wish to do so.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns/exchanges for accesory type items as long as items are unused and in its original condition.

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for apparel items unless they are in its original packaging and unweared. 
  • If you’d like to return any product purchased on Bulletproof Society's store, the return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. We will only accept unopened and unused products for return.
  • No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact bulletproof7society@gmail.com with a Subject line of “Bulletproof Society Product Return” with explanation of the reason for return and the order number.
  • All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including worn, damaged, scratched, and used – will not be accepted. 
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with original receipt.
  • Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.
  • We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the product(s) for returns that meet the above conditions EXCLUDING shipping costs.
  • For returns after the 14 day period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price) up to 60 days from the date of purchase.  
  • Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the day of purchase.
  • Bulletproof Society will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error due to Bulletproof Society.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.

 

RECEIVED DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS

Bulletproof Society is ran by one person as a side business. We all make mistakes and items could possibly be missing due to human error. If you are missing an item please contact Bulletproof Society immediately and we will try to take care of you as best as we can. 

If you received damaged goods please contact Bulletproof Society immediately. You will most likely have to contact the carrier (most of the time USPS) to open an insurance claim to cover the insured value of your package. Use this link to file a claim with USPS.
